CSJ US LLC is a Texas LLC operated by Chad Colter, a licensed Texas Professional Engineer and Texas Real Estate Sales Agent. The company offers two related services under one legal entity, one operator, and one compliance framework:

(1) AI Voice Receptionist for real estate teams in Texas (this site, csj-us.com).
(2) Residential plumbing missed-call recovery (subsite at plumbers.csj-us.com).
