Opt-in method

Text opt-in occurs only through the Lead Connector chat widget on csj-us.com or plumbers.csj-us.com. The chat widget is the only SMS opt-in mechanism on either site. The widget displays the consent line: “By submitting, you authorize CSJ US LLC to text/call the number above for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.”

STOP / opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again through the website chat widget.
